2) Transparency - They are open and honest int their interactins sharing information when appropriate and being clear about their intentions

3) Accountability They take responsibility for their actions, admit mistakes and make amends when necessary

4) Empathy and kindness. they show genuine concern for others and willing to listen and demonstrate kindness in their actions

5) Boundaries - They respect your boundaries and personal space and they are clear about their own

6) Vulnerability - They are willing to be vulnerable, share their fears and weaknesses, and be open with their emotions

7) Action over words.  Thye demonstrate their trustworthiness through actions rather than just words

8) How they treat others. Observe  how they treat people who may not be in a position to benefit them 

directly.

Trust is built over time through shared experiences and interactions.
