2. Be kind - altruism reduces stress and improves mental health
3.Buy experience rather than things. Spending money on things you do instead of owning is more fulfilling
4.Make your surroundings more positive with things that make you happy, things that are beautiful
5.Find something to look forward to. Anticipation is the most enjoyable part of an activity
6.Exercise. IT is sometimes more effective than anti depressants
7.Find something you enjoy doing, can do well and do it as often as possible
